Dr. Benjamin Dean directs the Business & Organizational Leadership (BOL) major at Columbia International University. His experience includes the private sector and the public sector. He has been in ministry and the military. He has led for-profit enterprises and not-for-profit organizations. Yes, he has even served at The White House. His business now is to pass on his wealth of experience to you.
